Your account security checklist.

Use the checklist to record the current status of important accounts and the actions still required.

The checklist records status only. Never write passwords, authentication codes or recovery codes on it. Login details can instead be stored in a reputable password manager such as 1Password.

You stay in control.

This is an advice and education service, designed so you do not have to hand over access to devices, accounts or private information.

How the session works

  • You operate your own device and choose what to discuss.
  • You enter every password, authentication code and recovery code yourself.
  • I explain options, point out risks and help you create a practical plan.
  • The aim is to reduce risk and build confidence, not to sell ongoing IT support.

Important boundaries

I will not remotely access or control your device, request or record passwords, view banking details, inspect private files or photos, investigate an active breach, provide forensic services, monitor accounts, or guarantee that a future cyber incident cannot occur.
